Lumara Red and Near-Infrared Light Pad

A flexible red and near-infrared light pad from Lumara that wraps around the back, shoulders, knees or other areas, a good fit for muscle soreness after training. Every LED position carries three wavelengths, red 635 nm plus near-infrared 830 nm and 940 nm, so the light is even across the whole pad.

Strap the pad in place, set the intensity and timer on the controller, and relax. Lumara suggests sessions of 20 to 30 minutes. The LEDs are spaced 5/8 inch apart for uniform light without excess heat.
