A curved red and near-infrared light panel on an adjustable stand, with both floor and tabletop setups included. Aim it at the face, neck, shoulders or back and relax hands-free, on the couch, at your desk or as part of a calm evening wind-down.
Position the panel 6 to 12 inches (15 to 30 cm) from the area you want, set the brightness, and relax for 10 to 20 minutes per area, about 10 to 15 minutes a day. Wear the included goggles when the light is near your face.
